This book by Shibata - "Introduction to Japanese swords", printed in 1976, first published in 1965, contains 300 pages of Japanese text, listing the top swordsmiths and illustrating different Hamon, Boshi, Nakago and blade shapes, as well as many signatures. A list of relative values for the time is also given.
